Vehicle Requirements

• To provide a good riding experience, driver partners must own their own vehicle or have a vehicle legally rented in their name (proof of rental documentation must be provided).

• The platform is only open for registration under the categories of "Private Car" and "Light Van".

• As Booride offers a relatively open riding choice, users have the opportunity to choose different types of vehicles; therefore, the platform does not restrict vehicle models and year of registration. You must fill out the application accurately according to the information on the vehicle registration and license proof.

• Your vehicle must be kept clean and safe in terms of parts, and if it fails to meet ride standards or raises safety concerns, that vehicle will not be approved.

• Your vehicle must comply with local legal requirements, such as purchasing third-party insurance, etc.

Driver Requirements

• Applicants must be between 18 and 70 years old.

• Applicants must hold a valid Hong Kong identity card.

• Applicants must have a valid Hong Kong driving license (provisional driving license or full driving license).

• A clear personal photo is required for identity verification at the time of application.

• No driving bans or serious traffic violations. The platform will conduct a background check, and if necessary, you must submit a "Traffic Violation Conviction Record Certificate".

• You must have a good driving record and customer service attitude.

• You must be willing to abide by Booride's service standards and usage regulations.

For partners holding provisional driving licenses, users will be informed of your license status during matching and can decide whether to proceed with the match. Users have the right to cancel matches with driver partners who do not hold a formal driving license.

Registration Process to Become a Booride Driver Partner "BooTask"

The registration process to become a "BooTask" member is quite simple.

1. You need to download and install the "BooTask" application. You can search for the "BooTask" application in the "App Store" or "Play Store".

   
   

2. After downloading, open the application and you can click on "Register Now".

   On the guest page, you can click on the first step in the application progress bar to start registering an account.

   Simply fill out your user name, mobile phone number, email address, and login password before you can submit the registration.

   

3. After registration, the system will ask you to submit a driver application and add a vehicle.

   You can fill out all information according to the prompts on the page.

   After submission, you can check your application progress at any time.

   

   Please note that the information submitted must be accurate. If any discrepancies are found during the approval process, your account application processing will be suspended.

4. Once approved, you will receive a push notification. Now only one more step completes the application process.

   

   The system will display the content of 5 steps, including order taking process, code of conduct, and so on.

   You need to read carefully and agree to all the content.

   If you disagree with any displayed content, you can click "I do not agree" at any time to interrupt the application.

   If you agree to all content, you can activate this partner account and start accepting orders.
