For example:

1) A mother with a newborn or toddler traveling requires a vehicle equipped with a baby seat.

2) A person with mobility issues needs to travel and requires a vehicle with a lower chassis or easy access.

3) An elderly person needs to travel with their wheelchair and requires space for the wheelchair.

When the driver accepts such an order, they need to contact the passenger through the chat function or by phone before starting the trip to understand the passenger's needs. Meanwhile, our driver partners need to demonstrate patience towards the passengers and provide necessary assistance when boarding and alighting.

The process for pick-up and drop-off orders is as follows, along with some key points for drivers to note. First, the price for such orders is usually higher to compensate for the extra help you provide.
