Withdrawal (Ride Partner)

Vocabulary

1. "My Wallet" refers to the page within the App that displays your balance on the platform. You can find it in the menu/navigation bar.

2. "Receiving Bank" refers to the Hong Kong bank you set for receiving payments issued to you by the platform. You can set it up in "My Wallet" after applying through a partner. Please ensure that the submitted bank information is correct; if there is incorrect information, the transfer may be delayed.

3. "Withdrawal Handling Fee" refers to the bank charges involved when the platform processes credit card payments and disburses funds for your orders. Currently, a uniform fee of 5% of the withdrawal amount will be deducted from the specified withdrawal amount.

Once you complete an order, the platform will deposit the displayed amount of that order into your wallet. Generally, you can withdraw that amount from My Wallet to your designated receiving bank 7 days (T+7) after completing the order.

The platform does not set up automatic disbursements; partners need to apply for withdrawals from the My Wallet page themselves.

This advantage allows partners to withdraw amounts at any time.

• The withdrawal amount must be greater than HK$ 300 each time.

• After submitting a withdrawal request, the system will complete the transfer to your receiving bank within 1-3 working days.

• A maximum of 2 applications per week.

Tax Information:

When registering as a partner, you must submit to the platform 1. Hong Kong Resident Identity Card and 2. Proof of Address.

According to tax regulations, each partner needs to fill out and submit an individual tax return to the tax office, and BooTask also needs to submit your annual tax return/notification to them for assessment purposes.

When each tax year, if you receive over HK$25,000 from the platform, the platform will file the "Notification of Payment to Non-Employees IR56M" for you and notify the Hong Kong tax authority. Once we complete the document submission, we will inform you via the App and send a copy to your registered email.
