Join the "Quick Travel" option

Freeride officially launches 'Quick Ride', allowing users to experience a more convenient and reliable point-to-point transportation service. Starting from May 18, 2024, users in Hong Kong can select the 'Quick Ride' option within the Freeride App, enabling both individuals and groups to travel around with Freeride. The platform will continuously update the service area, and users can check the reservation status when placing orders, with the system immediately pairing them with nearby vehicles.

Generally speaking, you will have the opportunity to be matched with private cars or light vans, with the system prioritizing the fastest service and the best routes for matching. According to the regulatory requirements of the Hong Kong market, when using our services, users will be paired with partners who meet specific conditions (such as driving vehicles) through the platform, establishing friendly relationships with those qualified partners. Users are required to pay for the matching service electronically through the platform, and this fee does not constitute remuneration for the partner providing the ride. Users must also ensure that no cash is paid to the partner providing the ride.
