1.1 This statement outlines how Decennium Platforms Limited (also referred to as “Freeride” and “Decennium”) (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” “Freeride,” and “Decennium”) collects, stores, processes, transfers, and uses your personal data and what corresponding rights you have regarding such personal data. If any of our operations are required to comply with any privacy laws outside of Hong Kong (for example, operating outside of Hong Kong), this statement shall also apply as long as it does not contradict the relevant local laws.

 

1.2 This statement pertains to the personal data collected about you when you use or access our web applications, mobile applications (collectively referred to as "applications"), and our website (www.freeride.decennium.app).

1.3 We connect users and drivers (including individuals using other forms of transportation) through the application and website platform, assisting drivers in providing on-demand delivery and purchase services (“services”). Our applications and services are primarily designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect any personal data of minors (that is, persons under 18 years or the equivalent minimum age of full legal capacity in the relevant local jurisdiction) unless we have obtained prior consent from the relevant person (i.e., the legal guardian of that minor). If you disclose to us the personal data of a minor for whom you are the guardian, you consent to our collection and processing of that minor’s personal data, accepting and agreeing to be bound by this statement. If we learn that we have collected or processed the personal data of a minor without the consent of the guardian, we will delete such personal data.

(D) Drivers: Individuals who provide services through our application either independently or through partner companies and provide or submit applications to us, regardless of whether they subsequently succeed in registering as Freeride Partner drivers (that is "Freeride Partner" or "Driver Partner" or "Driver," collectively referred to as "Drivers").

If you do not agree with the terms of this statement, please do not use this platform or provide us with any of your information. However, if you do not provide us with such data, we will not be able to provide you with information regarding services. For instance, you may be unable to request rides or delivery services through our website or application.
