If any of our operations are required to comply with any privacy laws outside of Hong Kong (for example, operating outside of Hong Kong), this statement shall also apply as long as it does not contradict the relevant local laws.

1.3 We connect users and drivers (including individuals using other forms of transportation) through the application and website platform, assisting drivers in providing on-demand delivery and purchase services (“services”). Our applications and services are primarily designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect any personal data of minors (that is, persons under 18 years or the equivalent minimum age of full legal capacity in the relevant local jurisdiction) unless we have obtained prior consent from the relevant person (i.e., the legal guardian of that minor). 2. Source of Personal Data

If you do not agree with the terms of this statement, please do not use this platform or provide us with any of your information. However, if you do not provide us with such data, we will not be able to provide you with information regarding services. If you do not provide the relevant data, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any inquiries you may have. For instance, you may be unable to request rides or delivery services through our website or application.
